Can you give legal advice?
No. The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility mandates that notary publics and notary signing agents are non-attorneys and must decline to offer legal advice about the preparation or execution of a Notarial Act.
If you have any legal questions pertaining to your document, please consult an attorney or choose our Legal Shield membership which can assist you in a variety of legal issues.
What are your hours?
We operate Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and offer after hours / on call certifications. Safety is important – for service calls after hours, we have the right to exercise prudence before accepting a request and driving to your location.
Are there travel fees?
We are happy to NOT charge for travel.
What if I am outside of your service area?
Mobile Certification Services LLC is pleased to provide certification services in the following counties:
- Contra Costa
- Alameda
- Marin
- Santa Clara
- San Francisco
- San Mateo
If you are outside of these counties, we can assist you, but reserve the right to charge for roundtrip mileage.
What if I need immediate service?
We do our best to assist you when you contact us; however, if we are currently with another client, it is difficult to reach you on instant notice (especially when rush hour traffic makes it challenging to reach your location).
For urgent calls (if we are available), we can usually arrive within the hour. If we are unavailable at the time of your call, and you are flexible, we will do our best to assist you same day.
My organization is interested in your services for our staff – do you have the capacity for this?
Yes. Please contact us to enthusiastically service your organization.
We are more than happy and have the capacity to provide our services with back to back clients within a timely manner.
Still have other questions? Please contact us – we are happy to respond.
