What If I don't have any identification (Or it is expired)?
Mobile Certification Services LLC will notarize your document(s) with TWO Credible Witnesses (or ONE, if the witness knows both you and the notary personally) if you find yourself:
– without valid government ID mentioned above;
– under the age of 18 years old;
– unable to sign your name by mark; and/or,
– have a document requiring witness(es).
Please complete the Contact Us form and include any details prior to notarization.
What is a credible witness
A credible {identifying} witness is an individual who knows and can verify the identity of a signer. The witness appears at the time of the notarization and takes an oath or affirmation before the Notary that the signer is who they claim to be due to the lack of other forms of ID.
